In “Obras de Los Jaivas,” Aisles pays tribute to the legendary Chilean group Los Jaivas, reimagining four of their classic songs with a progressive hallmark: heavier guitars, intricate melodies, and modern atmospheres. The EP features guest stars such as Nico Borie, Jaime Sepúlveda (Kuervos del Sur), Dulce y Agraz, and Nano Stern, reinforcing the collective and celebratory nature of this tribute.
On the other hand, “Bahamut” is an instrumental suite in seven movements, created in collaboration with writer Francisco Ortega and inspired by his science fiction novel of the same name. In approximately thirteen minutes, the band traverses various narrative moods—combining tension, contemplation, and climax—in one of their most cinematic and conceptual works.
